How the Signia Assistant supports you

All you need to take advantage of the unique support of the Signia Assistant are a pair of Signia Xperience hearing aids with Bluetooth connectivity and the Signia app on your smartphone or tablet.

When you open the Signia app, the Signia Assistant’s face appears at the top right of your screen. Simply click on it and the Signia Assistant will welcome you and ask how it can help in the form a text-based dialogue. You can then choose from a list of options to address your need at that moment. Continue to answer the Assistant’s questions until it provides a solution.

These steps apply both for optimizing the sound to your liking instantly as well as answering handling questions you might have to get the most out of your hearing aids with ease. Based on your replies in the dialogue, the Assistant suggests instant sound improvements for you. You can keep the new sound settings, revert back to the previous settings, or keep optimizing them further.

You can always start a new chat by clicking on “Settings” at the top right of the chat screen and selecting “New chat with Signia Assistant”.

 

With the Signia Assistant, you’re in total control

The Signia app offer you two different types of remote control. On the one hand you have the traditional remote control with on-the-go changes to volume and sound balance that allow for temporary optimization of the sound in a specific situation. These changes are reset when you turn off your devices.

The Signia Assistant, on the other hand, provides you with individually tailored sound adjustments to help you find your perfect sound. It’s a highly advanced AI feature that enables you to tell the Assistant every time you would like to optimize the sound or receive support to hear someone even clearer. Every time you interact with the Assistant, it accommodates your wishes in a matter of seconds and remembers your preferences for later.

We recommend that you use the Signia Assistant as it will learn your preferences and find the perfect sound tailored specifically to you. All the changes made by the Signia Assistant will remain even after you switch your hearing aids off and on again. You can choose to reset your hearing aids to their original settings at any time.
